How It Works

The method bypasses Google's video verification requirement by building trust incrementally. Instead of submitting your target category directly (which triggers video verification), you:

1. Start with an easy category that Google won't flag
2. Pin drop that category in Google Maps
3. Step up to an intermediate category
4. Step up again to your target category
5. Verify with email code and go live

Key Insight

The same phone number and website URL must be used throughout all pin drops. This is what ties everything together and builds trust with Google.

3-Day Process

While some easy categories verify immediately, hard categories (roofing, plumbing, towing) typically take about 3 days to work through the full ladder.
